I was counting bikes at Sherbourne @ Bloor during the morning rush hour, and this cop just sat there for 30 minutes, squeezing the cyclists out into the road.. and there were a lot of cyclists... it's rush hour dumbass! he only left once I went over to get his license plate photo
too lazy to park in the empty parking spot

I actually waited for this guy to come back...he tried to tell me all the parking spots were full when i had watched him park NEXT to the empty spot...
"Why don't you just stop in the middle of the lane?" I asked "Why would I do that?" he countered
well why would you park in the BIKE LANE?!?!?!?
