As I was taking the photo of the Canada Post van westbound, this contractor parked directly opposite in the eastbound lane.

I feel for delivery truck drivers. This driver - who was sitting on the curb having a break - asked me, after seeing me take the photos, "where else should I park?"
I told him, "not in the bike lane".
All along Cosburn it is the same, there is parking behind and underground at the apt. buildings but no-one bothers when there is free parking in the bikelane right out front

Straddling the bike lane and the sidewalk, under a no waiting sign, Mr. Bell repairman was idling his van in the westbound Cosburn bikelane (just west of Woodbine going west).
Wasn't it nice of Councillor Case Ootes to put in the parking lane for utility vans?
