Cell Phone Yakker in Bike Lane

Southbound bike lane on St. George, just south of Harbord. At least this guy had the decency to pull over into the bike lane to yak on his cellphone!

There are always people parked along that stretch. I bike down there most days, and I will see a Canada post parked at the next intersection most days.
Frequently in the mornings they have big food delivery trucks parked in the bike lanes on both sides.
