I wonder if we should be complaining directly to the cab companies about violations like this.
I would really hope the companies wouldn't feel sympathy for their drivers who are just parked in a <b>bike lane and sidewalk</b> just to <b>chat on the phone</b>!
We should also add the cab company name tags to these posts. This one is "Beck".

This driver was chatting on his cellphone as I rode past and double backed to snap this shot. He didn't even notice.
