Woman eating sushi whilst parked in the bike lane. Four-ways weren't on. Initially, being told by the cyclist that she was illegally parked in a right-of-way was received with being ignored. Persistence by citing the HTA got her to lazily roll down her window. Her reply: "Well now you're blocking [driving]traffic. You're sick." Cyclist reply: "I'm in this lane because you're in the bike right-of-way. And you're breaking the law by putting cyclists in danger."

Driver never moved, but put on the four-ways.
