Left running on Runnymede

Van parked in the bike lane on Runnymede and Annette. I bet at least 50 cars park here every day, as there's almost always one when I go by. There are usually lots of empty legal spaces just a few metres ahead too, but these motorists are too lazy to walk an extra 10 seconds. This one was even too lazy to turn off the engine, so it was left unattended and idling while the driver went to the store, which is also illegal.

When i see a vehicle with the engine running with noone in it, i turn off the vehicle and take the keys. Hopefully they learn their lesson.
