Obtuse driver

I gave this guy the opportunity to move, he aggressively declined, so I called the parking cops on him.

yeah, I could go for having that number too! Though.. I would probably annoy them tooo much.. heh. Though. no more uoft no more nit picking of college and st george for me.

Parking enforcement number is: 416-808-2222. I haven't yet tried it (as I'm out of town) but I'd be curious how it would work if we just started calling every one of these in.
