Blocker of the year candidate

St George Street has to be one of the worst in the city for bike lane violators, but this one takes the cake. There are no stopping signs posted up and down the street, but hey, nobody said no dumping, right?
What makes this worse that there was ample room on the building property to put this pile of dirt.
First pic shows the pile of dirt and the trailer full of equipment in the background. Pic 2 is taken from the other direction showing the truck and plate.

two days ago I saw a bobcat parked in a bike lane 8-) didn't have time to take a photo though.
I think it would be interesting if we made print outs notifying people of this site to stick under their windshield wipers so that they can come here and see how they are being publicly shamed.
