OK, not a bike lane violation, but yet another example of bike resources being mis-used. Dog owner uses bike parking post to tie up his mutts while he is doing his grocery shopping.

As long as the dogs werent of the vicious types, and providing you had the time to kill, a good lesson for this clown might be to lock the leashes to the bike ring. When the moron comes out to collect his animals, he either has to cut the handles or let the dogs loose without a leash.

I'm sorry, do the bike racks belong to you? Sure you pay taxes, so do I. If the owner cant bring dogs into the store what do you expect him to do?
