hey vic, lets look at this image together.
first, a couple meters ahead theres a driveway, cant park there now can you.
second a couple meters behind there is bus stop, busses are going to (as you say) park (or as i say) stop in your bike lane anyway right there.
third, notice the dotted line marking the ability to move in and out of the bike lane,
forth, check out the more then a meter of space left of the car that is still bike lane. jeeze
gimme a break vic.
