Free parking - in the bike lane?

The "free parking" in this sign is just ahead a few meters to the right. I wonder if the placement of the sign by the road here confused the woman who got out of this car (she did look a bit confused... or guilty... as she looked around before darting into the Davenport Tailors' shop).

So she was probably conscious so doing something wrong and probably would've moved had someone just suggested something nicely. Instead, another asshole cyclist proves that they have no interest in improving the situation, just snapping pictures to further justify their bullshit attitude.

It's perplexing how anyone could defend a motorist who parks in a bike lane when there's free & legal parking just steps away. Obviously it's from a very narrow-minded individual who has a blatant bias against cyclists.
