Besides having a bad name for their cab company, these drivers illegally park in the bike lanes on College St. when they come to town. But then again, the rest of the College St. bike lane was packed full of cars on Saturday, so this driver was probably just following along.

This Beck taxi #3235 was parked in the westbound bike lane just west of Spadina on College at around ten minutes to 3pm on Monday June 23,2008. He came out of his cab and I told him that it was illegal to park there and that he was endangering my life by parking there. He refused to move and walked away telling me to f**k off.

Pretty typical to have motorists blocking the bike lane on College. This pulled a U-turn after this group of cyclists rode by and i took photos. Probably just ended up parking in the bike lane on the other side of the street.

Not an unusual sight: a taxi in the bike lane on College St. I think this was around College and Lippincott.

This jerk was slowly driving along in the bike lane and we were stuck behind him. At this point he was starting to turn out. This doesn't leave much room in this door-zone bike lane (note the black SUV on the right...). This was on College St., somewhere around Borden I think. Flash washed out the license plate number.
